FAQs

A word or two about the pottery made by Lori Rollason:

Every pot I'm offering for sale is made by hand by me!  I only sell work that I'm confident is the very best work I can make.  It's safe for everyday use; all the materials I use are non toxic and all the glazed surfaces are suitable for contact with food.  It's functional and made for normal use.  I really want you to enjoy it!   You can use it in a microwave.  I put mine through the dishwasher (even though some would argue that dishwashers can be quite harsh).

Having said all that please remember: pottery is breakable!  Please take care using it.  I'm not saying you should commence padding all hard surfaces in your home but, if you drop a pot or bonk it in the sink or countertop, it might break.  Please, don't hold me responsible for this.

Is the item you had your eye on “Sold Out”?

I may have something very similar you might like or I might be making more.  Please contact me! We could even set up a “virtual shopping trip” to my studio!

Are you looking for something in particular?

Don't be shy. I'd love to talk with you about what special pottery you have in mind. I will let you know what I can do and we'll go from there.

a word or two about Shipping :

I try to ship orders within 48 hours. Unless you have specific instructions, I will use USPS Priority Mail. I carefully wrap and double box purchases so it will arrive to you safely. Currently I cover the cost of all shipping materials (packing material, boxes, and tape). The flat shipping fee you pay covers a part of the actual postage cost.

Any International Shipping Fees or Duty Fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

I’ve added a “curbside pickup” option on my check out page. If you would prefer to pick your purchase up from my studio just let me know.  I'll happily package it up and coordinate a time with you to safely pick it up.

Are you looking for a “Set”?

While everything I make is one of a kind, it's possible to make "siblings" or  "cousins" at least.  I might be able to make what you want!

In any event, don't hesitate to contact me.  I can let you know when I've finished something that might be what you wanted or if you wanted to place a "custom order" we could discuss the terms.

Visiting My Studio in Hillsborough, NH:

For now, I’m most comfortable with virtual studio visits. I’m doing all I can to stay healthy and I want everyone else to stay healthy too. Send me an email and we’ll find a time and platform that works for both of us.
